User Profile - Jay Johnson

Over 30,000 people in the Philadelphia region are living with HIV/AIDS. Many of the most vulnerable of those living with HIV find their health threatened because of impending evictions or the loss of health insurance or utilities. We know that you can’t maintain your health when you don’t have a roof over your head, a bed to sleep in, or access to regular health care. You can make a difference in keeping someone’s heat on in the winter, moving someone from homelessness to permanent housing, or maintaining someone’s medical insurance. As many of you know I have been in the HIV arena for many, many years and hope that I can count on your support for this very important cause! HIV has become a chronic illness thanks to the support of people like yourselves but the pandemic is not over yet. We are close to a cure but not quite there yet! So please support me in my walk to end HIV and support those who are living with the disease. I thank you in advance! Grateful, Jay
